Classes

The method, in four forms.

Every class is built on the same foundation — precise, spring-based movement — then shaped to a different intention. Here's where to begin.

Power Foundations

Beginner · All levels

Learn the machine. Master the basics.

The perfect first step. We slow everything down to teach the reformer, the breath, and the alignment that every other class is built on. No experience needed — just curiosity.

0245 min

Power Flow

All levels

Our signature full-body flow.

A continuous, music-led reformer sequence that links strength and length from warm-up to cool-down. Sculpting, sweaty, and never the same twice — the truest taste of Power Haus.

0345 min

Power Sculpt

Intermediate

Heavier springs. Deeper work.

Strength-forward and resistance-rich. We load the springs and stay in the burn longer to build dense, defined, functional power. Come in with the fundamentals; leave shaking.

0445 min

Power Restore

All levels

Slow, deep, restorative.

A quieter practice focused on mobility, lengthening, and recovery. Deliberate tempo, deep stretch, and breath — the reset your body asks for between harder days.

Good to know

Questions, answered.

New to the reformer? Here are the things first-timers ask us most.

I've never done reformer pilates. Where do I start?

Power Foundations is built for you. We teach the machine, the breath, and the basics at a slower pace — no experience required. From there, Power Flow is a natural next step.

What should I wear?

Form-fitting, comfortable activewear you can move in. Avoid loose tops, as they can get in the way on the reformer. Grip socks are required and available to purchase at the studio.

Do I need grip socks?

Yes — grip socks are required for safety and hygiene on the reformer. If you forget yours, we keep fresh pairs at the front desk.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your first class so we can welcome you, set up your reformer, and answer any questions. For later visits, 5 minutes is plenty.

What's the cancellation policy?

Plans change — we get it. Please cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before class to avoid a late-cancel fee. You can manage bookings any time through our scheduling app.

Is there parking?

Yes. Street and nearby garage parking are available around 9849 S Santa Monica Blvd. We'll share the easiest options when you book your first class.

How often should I practice?

Two to three classes a week is a wonderful rhythm for most people — enough to build real strength while leaving room to recover. Listen to your body and let it guide you.
